That photo really caught your eye, didn't it? Well, I'm a Bengali (from eastern India), and one of the greatest online video blogging about Bengali food I've seen is Bong Eats.
They have amazing authentic Bengali recipes, including this mutton kathi roll (pictured). It's succulent pieces of charcoal roasted mutton wrapped in a egg draped deep-fried paratha. It's a labour of love, but totally worth it, and a fun activity with the family.
I'm going to spend some time with my Mom to learn more about our family recipes from Bengal, and post them here along with photographs real soon. So, watch this space.
